We accept children for enrollment from birth through 12-years of age. There are three steps of the enrollment process, which are outlined below:
Step 1:
School Tour and Meeting with the Director- This parent orientation allows the parent to view the programs, learn about Neighborhood Christian Learning Center of Dallas’ philosophy and program goals and discuss any specific questions and concerns. It is a time for parents to share with the director and teacher information about their child that will make the transition to school a successful one. It is also a time for you to familiarize yourself with NCLCD’s policies and procedures.
Step 2:
Payment of Registration and Reservation of Space- Payment (cash/money order/credit card only) of a non-refundable enrollment fee initiates the administrative enrollment process. For parents that receive tuition assistance through Child Care Group subsidies, the center must receive authorization of eligibility from CCA, which must include the start date, days and hours of care and co-pay amount if applicable. The enrollment packet is then given to the parent for completion.
Step 3:
Completion of Admissions Forms- All required forms found in the registration packet must be completed and submitted to the office before your child is officially enrolled at the center and accepted for attendance.
Registration
Registration begins with a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per child for all Private Pay parents. The registration fee is not applicable to parents receiving CCA subsidies. Registration fees must be paid in cash, credit card or money order. Checks will not be accepted as payment for the registration fee or as payment for first weeks tuition. The registration fee must be paid each time the child is enrolled.
